The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Recreation And Relaxation Area Called Łużyckie Tarasy, Including The Construction And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Recreational Equipment And Works Related To Improving The Functionality And Aesthetics Of Public Space. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Sonic Graduation Tower With A Health Zone, • Construction Of A Ground Trampoline Zone, • Construction Of A Games And Recreation Zone, • Construction Of Zones Recreation,• Construction Of Runs For Small And Large Dogs Along With Agility Devices,• Construction Of A Spatial Identification Element With The Name Of The Estate Łużyckie Tarasy,• Installation Of Small Architecture Elements,• Construction Of Park Lighting, Monitoring And Replacement Of Poles Of Existing Fixtures• Renovation Of Existing Pedestrian Routes And Field Stairs,• Development Of Green Areas,• Construction Of Recreational And Hardened Surfaces,• Construction Of Construction Equipment Related To The Functioning Of The Planned Land Development. Note: A Set Of Rope Devices Is Excluded From The Task For Exercise - Health Zone.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Tasks Is Included In Annex No. I.4 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Contract, Including A Warranty Period For Greenery And Maintenance For A Period Of 18 Months And A Warranty For Defects In The Works For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period. Note: Additional Warranty For The Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefuln
