The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete Demolition Of Buildings And Structures Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure Located In The Town Of Lubogoszcz, Grzmiąc Commune, Szczecinek Poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Plot No. 92/19, Lubogoszcz District, I.E.: 1) Cowshed - Inventory No.: 00087-87 (Land Registry No.: 141 And 206), 2) Blacksmith Shop - Inventory No.: 00087-91 (Land Registry No. 27),3) Drying Room - Inventory No.: 00087-85 (Land Registry No. 100),4) Seed Warehouse - Inventory No.: 00087-84 (Land Registry No. 108),5) Farm Building - Inventory No.: 108/00055/Sz (Land Registry Number 158). The Scope Of Demolition Works Includes: 1) Complete Demolition Of The Above-Mentioned. Buildings And Structures With Floors And Foundations As Well As Accompanying Infrastructure - Such As Slurry Tanks, Septic Tanks, Loading Ramps, Etc. – Used To Service The Above-Mentioned Facilities,2) Backfilling The Excavations With Native Soil,3) Constructing A 1.5 M High Mesh Fence On Posts Made Of Steel Pipes With A Diameter Of 70 Mm At 2.1 M Spacing, Encased In Concrete, Along The External Outline Of The Drying And Seed Storage Buildings,4) Tidying Up And Clearing The Area Of Rubble And Other Remains After The Demolition,5) Removing And Disposing Of The Demolition Materials And Disposing Of Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Waste Act (Note: Asbestos And Waste Paper); 6) Planting To The Level Of The Surrounding Terrain, 7) Submitting, Within No Longer Than 40 Days From The Date Of Signing The Final Report Of The Works, An As-Built Geodetic And Cartographic Inventory With Changes Made After The Liquidation Of The Facilities, Along With A Statement From An Authorized Surveyor On Obtaining A Positive Result Of The Verification Of The Technical Survey In The Relevant Starosty District Office Or Confirmed By The Local District Office.
