The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 12566-3+A2:2013 Standard. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Słopnice In The Amount Of 64 Pieces. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With Connections To The Sanitary Sewage System From The Building, Construction Of An Absorption Well Or A Tank For Treated Sewage, Discharge Of Treated Sewage, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Commissioning. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 64 Home Sewage Treatment Plants. All Works Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Notification Documentation, Recommendations Of The Treatment Plant Manufacturer And Technical Specifications.2. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.3. Conducting Individual Training For All 64 Users.4. Conducting Final Tests (Including Technological Start-Up) And Supervision Of Operational Tests;5. Preparation And Submission Of A Detailed Operating Manual. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
