1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Rooms Of The Underground Floor Of The Primary School In Parzęczew To The Requirements Of The Temporary Shelter (Mds) On Plot No. 465/1, Parzęczew District, In The Design And Build System, Consisting Of, Among Others: On: • Developing A Multi-Disciplinary Construction And Detailed Design Of The Rooms Of The Primary School In Parzęczew, Including Changing The Use Of The Underground Floor Into A Temporary Shelter (Mds), Providing The Possibility Of Temporary Shelter For People In Emergency Situations. If Required From The Perspective Of Construction Law, The Contractor Will Develop Construction Designs And Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For: • Designing A Multifunctional Space Enabling Everyday Use (Sp Parzęczew, Ul. Parkowa 6), And In Emergency Situations Adapting It To A Place Of Emergency Shelter • Developing Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Permits (Including A Building Permit), • Performing Construction And Installation Works Leading To The Transformation Of The Underground Floor Of The Primary School Into A Place Fulfilling Protective Functions, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932). • Execution Of The Necessary Installations: Electrical, Including Adaptation Of The Installation Of A Backup Power Source, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Central Heating, • Adaptation Of The Space To The Safety Standards And Requirements Set (Mds), Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Fire Protection And The Principles Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs, • Adaptation Of The Space To The Safety Standards And Requirements For Places Of Emergency Shelter In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program • Execution Of Construction Works On The Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation, (Developed By The Contractor And Implemented In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 29, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) And Technical Expertise, As Well As Applicable Legal Provisions). The Scope Of The Design Formula Includes Including: Development Of The Project On The Basis Of Technical Expertise And Pfu (Constituting Annexes No. 9 And 9A To The Swz) Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Analyses, Maps, Auxiliary Studies And Necessary Decisions (E.G.
