1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Specialized Means Of Sanitary Transport, I.E. A 4X4 Ambulance With Equipment For The Needs Of Pro-Medica In Ełk Sp. Z O. O., Co-Financed As Part Of A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The State Budget To Co-Finance A Task Under The Program Called Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Case Reference: 3168/2026.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 3 To The Swz. The Assortment Offered By The Contractor Must Meet All The Requirements Indicated In This Swz And Its Annexes.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Indivisible. The Justification For Not Dividing This Order Into Parts Is The Need To Adapt The Ambulance And Its Medical Equipment In Technical And Organizational Terms. The Specificity Of Medical Equipment And Ambulances Used In The State Emergency Medical Service Is That The Medical Equipment Must Be Closely Matched In Terms Of Dimensions And Functionality To The Medical Ambulance. Companies Selling Ambulances And Medical Equipment Deal In Particular With Adapting A Factory Delivery Vehicle To Work In The State Emergency Medical Service By Building Up The Interior Of The Ambulance, Adapting The Structure To Accommodate Medical Equipment. Adapting A Factory Vehicle Also Means Making And Installing A Number Of Compartments, Shelves And Hangers Adapted For The Functional Storage Of All Types Of Medical Equipment. The Above Is Done To Ensure The Safety Of Both The Patient And Medical Staff When Providing Health Services Using An Ambulance. Due To The Need To Ensure Technical Compatibility Of The Ambulance Equipment, System Coherence Of The Medical Devices Used, A Uniform Standard And Ensuring The Same Configuration While Maintaining Component Safety Standards, The Ordering Party, Due To The Above Reasons, Plans To Purchase A Completely Equipped Vehicle. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Is Also Dictated By The Need For Ce Mark Certification As A Whole And Maintaining Uniform Rights Of The Ordering Party Under Warranty And Quality Guarantee. Any Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Scope Of The Contract Is Typical, Allowing Also Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer.4.
