1. Name Of The Order: Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. Armii Krajowej/Ul. Heroes Of The 14Th Brigade.2. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Parking Lot/Parking Spaces Located At Ul. Home Army/Boh Of The 14Th Brigade In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Along With Drainage And Lighting Of The Area.3. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Mode Based On The Functional And Utility Program. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Present The Land Development Concept To The Ordering Party For Review And Approval. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes And Modifications To The Concept. The Approved Concept Will Be The Basis For Obtaining The Necessary Consents, Decisions And Permits And For Carrying Out Construction Works4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Specification Of Procurement Conditions (Swz).5. The Scope Of The Order Includes:1. Preparation Of Design Documentation, 2. Obtaining Technical Conditions, Consents, Decisions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works Covered By The Project, Including Decisions To Cut Down Trees,3. Developing And Agreeing On Permanent Traffic Organization,4. Implementation Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Design Documentation, In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Shopping Kiosk, B) Earthworks, C) Drainage, D) Construction Of The Parking Lot/Parking Spaces, E) Concrete Paving, F) Lighting, G) Felling Of Trees In Conflict, H) Construction Of Green Surfaces And Replacement Plantings In Accordance With The Decision To Cut Down, I) Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Organization.5. Preparing An As-Built Inventory.6. Obtaining Use Permits/Certificates Confirming The Acceptance Of The Construction Completion Notice By The Competent Supervisory Authorities Without Objections - If They Are Necessary For Use.
