The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader For The Izbica Commune As Part Of The Implementation Of Own Investment Tasks Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 In Area 2 - Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is One Functional Whole Including The Delivery Of One Backhoe Loader With Equipment, Documentation, Training, Warranty And Service.1) Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader, Year Of Production 2026;2) Delivery Of Complete Equipment And Accessories Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order;3) Transport, Unloading, Commissioning And Handing Over Of The Machine To The Ordering Party;4) Transfer Of Technical And Operational Documentation And An Operating Manual In English Polish And Documents Required To Put The Machine Into Operation;5) Conducting Basic Operation Training For Two Of The Ordering Partys Operators;6) Providing Warranty And Service On The Terms Specified In The Opz And The Draft Contract;7) Providing Access To The Gps System Enabling Monitoring Of The Machines Operation - In Accordance With The Opz;8) Performing All Activities And Services Necessary For The Proper Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1, And The Draft Agreement Is Attached As Appendix No. 2 To Swz.4. Other Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order:1) The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Commissioning, Training And Warranty Services To The Extent Indicated In The Order Documents.2) The Backhoe Loader Must Meet Applicable Safety Requirements, Have The Ce Marking And The Eu Declaration Of Conformity - If Required By Applicable Regulations - And Documents Required For Admission To Traffic On Public Roads.3) The Machine And Its Equipment Must Meet Applicable Regulations, Safety Standards And Minimum Technical Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Legal Regulations.5) The Delivered Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Complete, Manufactured In 2026 And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties.6) The Contractor Ensures The Legal Origin Of The Machine And The Ability To Perform Warranty And Service Obligations In Accordance With The Offer, Opz And The Contract.7) The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Machine And Equipment During Transport, So As To Prevent Their Damage Or Deterioration Of Quality.8) The Contractor Ensures, At His Own Expense, The Transport, Unloading, Commissioning And Handing Over Of The Machine In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Organizing The Place Of Delivery.9) Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Indicati
