As Part Of This Procedure, An Order Will Be Awarded For Stage I Of The Reconstruction, In Accordance With The Technical Design (Stage Plan). 2. Plots No. 128/8, 130/1, 132, 134, Kołbaskowo District, Which Are The Site Of The Planned Investment, Are Located On The Outskirts Of The Municipal Village Of Kołbaskowo. This Is A Large Property Of 12,658 M2 With Rv And Dr. The Soils In The Investment Area Are Of Mineral Origin In Accordance With The Opinion On The Origin Of Soils Of July 5, 2024. The Area Is Covered By The Local Development Plan. Designation Of The Area In The Local Plan: 1.Zc Cemetery Area.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation.
