The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Grabowo, Plot No. 131 Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Grabowo On The Section From Km 0+749.80 To Km1+249.80 With A Length Of 500 M And A Width From 3.5 To 5.0 M In The Place Of The Designed Passing Road, Including Road Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Construction Works Notification Of 10/06/2026 Scope: • Replacement Of The Existing Gravel Surface With A Hardened Surface Made Of Open-Work (Perforated) Concrete Slabs With A Thickness Of 12.5 Cm, • Construction And Strengthening Of The Roadsides, • Performance Of The Necessary Preparatory, Earthworks (Trenching) And Finishing Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Road2. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Technical Documentation, And Additionally In The Bills Of Quantities And Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu), Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 3. Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Informs That In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. All Trademarks, Trademarks, Model Names, Catalog Numbers (If Present In A Given Procedure) Indicated In The Order Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bill Of Quantities Should Be Understood As Examples And Serve Only To Determine The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Are Not An Indication Of The Manufacturer - They Should Be Considered Together With The Word Equivalent.
