A Detailed And Comprehensive Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Prepared By Biuro Projektowe Scenario Wacław Szarejko 55-002 Kamieniec Wrocławski - Design Documentation And The Final Building Permit Decision No. 133.2024 Of June 3, 2024 Issued By The Starosta Of Głogów, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. The Designed Building Has Four Above-Ground Floors And One Underground Floor. A Total Of 40 Apartments Are Planned In The Building. The Building Is Designed As Medium-Sized, With A Basement And An Elevator, Within The Development Limits Specified By The Local Development Plan And The Coefficients And Parameters Specified In The Local Development Plan. The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Is Also Planned In The Area Covered By The Investment, In The Form Of Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Underground Parking Spaces, Waste Collection Areas, And Green Areas.
