The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of Outdated Internal Lighting Of The Building And External Lighting Of The Regional Medical Center In Białogard At Ul. Chopina 29 For Modern Lighting In Led Technology.2. The Scope Of Work Relating To The Execution Of The Order Concerns The Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Lighting Fixtures, Delivery And Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures, Accompanying Works (Painting Traces Of Old Fixtures), Measurements Of Illuminance After Replacing Fixtures, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 60-Month Quality Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Lighting Fixtures, Including Battery Banks, Regardless Of The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer, And A 60-Month Warranty For The Assembly Works Performed.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Ensures Compliance Of The Project With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) And The Principle Of Sustainable Development.
