The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: - In The Scope Of Part 1 Of The Order - Creation Of An Integration Site In Krzywda: 1) In The Scope Of Sanitary Works: - Construction Of A Water Supply System Together With The Installation Of Sanitary Devices - Construction Of A Sewage System; - Delivery And Installation Of Air-Conditioning Devices; - Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With A Rainwater Tank; 2) In The Scope Of Electrical Works: - Construction Of An Electrical Installation; - Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures; - Construction Of A Telecommunications Installation; 3) In The Scope Of General Construction Works: - Demolition Works; - Construction Of Partition Walls; - Construction Of Floors With Stoneware Tiles; - Reconstruction Of The Staircase; - Replacement Of Door Joinery; - Execution Of Plasters And Internal Cladding; - Painting Works; - Construction Of A Stair Railing With A Platform For Disabled People; - Construction Of A Fire Separation Strip In The External Façade; 2. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, Which Are Annexes To This Swz.3. Additional Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Implementation Of The Works Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Rooms Of The Village Community Center And The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department With A Partial Change Of Use For The Needs Of The Civil Defense Warehouse, Together With Works Resulting From The Execution Of The Order, Not Provided For In The Above-Mentioned. Documentation, And Necessary For Its Implementation.2) The Implementation Of The Works Includes The Delivery Of All Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Which Will Not Come From Production Earlier Than 6 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Works.3) To Perform The Order, The Contractors Are Obliged To Use New Materials That Guarantee The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed.4) The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, To Make The Necessary Markings And Security Measures At The Place Of Work, Ensure Safe Conditions For Road, Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Projects And To Provide Its Own Surveying Services, If Necessary.5) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Certificates, Protocols, Technical Approvals For The Built-In Materials And Devices.6) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4.
