1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Residential Outbuilding And The Construction Of A Gas Installation At Ul. Lubartowska 27 In Lublin.2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 2.1. Works Covered By The Design Documentation: • Change In The Number And Size Of Residential Premises With Installations (Sanitary And Electrical) Throughout The Building, • Reconstruction Of Basements, • Supply Of Gas To The Building And Construction Of Gas Installations (Including Heating From Individual Gas Boilers) In Residential Premises, • Liquidation Of The Existing Staircase With An Entrance From The Neighboring Plot No. From The Property (Plot 13),• Repair Of Walls And Roof Structure,• Replacement Of Wooden Ceilings With New Fire-Resistant Ones (Made Of W.P.S. Boards On Steel Beams),• Strengthening Of The Foundations (By Jet Injection),• Thermal Insulation Of The Walls With Mineral Wool And The Attic Ceiling,• Construction Of A Garbage Gazebo,• Renovation Of The Yard Surface• Renovation Of The Retaining Wall And Field Stairs2.2 Works Accompanying And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Necessary To Include: • Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, • As-Built Geodetic Inventory Of The Building And All Usable Areas Of The Building (Including Premises, Storage Rooms, Communication And Technical Areas) • Obtaining Appropriate Decisions Along With Fees And Implementing These Decisions At The Contractors Expense Related To, E.G., The Traffic Organization Project And The Occupation Of The Road And Other Areas - Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task. • Provision Of Energy, Water And Other Media And Services, Which The Contractor May Need To Perform The Works, • Restoration Of Destroyed Or Damaged Objects, Fragments Of The Area, Lawns, Sidewalk Surfaces Or Installations As A Result Of The Works, • Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building And For All Residential Premises, • Equipping All Premises With Smoke And Carbon Monoxide Detectors, • Submitting An Application For An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Lublin And Obtaining A Final Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Occupancy Permit, • Liquidation Of The Construction Site, • Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, And All Other Works Not Covered By The Swz But Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction. All Above Costs Are Considered Included In The Contract Price.
