The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Renovation Works In The Construction And Installation Sectors In The Field Of Sanitary And Electrical Networks And Installations. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Simplified Cost Estimates And Attach Them To The Offer. Cost Estimates Constitute The Content Of The Offer And Are Not Subject To Supplementation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value All Items Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities (Cost Estimates) And May Not Arbitrarily Add Or Remove Any Of Them.5 Section 3 Of The Act Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent Even If There Is No Phrase In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6.
