The Ordering Party Determines The Following Stages Of Works: Stage I - Execution Of Part Of The Construction Works Constituting At Least 50% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Work Schedule Prepared Before Signing The Contract. Stage Ii - Performance Of The Remaining Scope Of Construction Works Resulting From The Contract Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/No-Objection Certificate.2. The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Section 1 Is The Construction Of A Public Utility Building - A Kindergarten Section With A Connector Along With The Necessary Technical And Communication Infrastructure On Plots No. 248/2, 458, 244/3, 244/2, 248/1 In The Town Of Tęgoborze, Łososina Dolna Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Reconstruction Of Part Of The School Building In Order To Build A Connector, Reconstruction Of The Power Grid, Construction Of A Water And Sewage Connection. Sanitary Sewage System And Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, Reconstruction Of Oranges Conflicting Telecommunications Infrastructure, Installation Of Kitchen Appliances And Equipment In Accordance With The Documentation.
