The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electrical Materials, Batteries And Accumulators In The Quantities, Packaging And Type Specified In The Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) Divided Into 14 Parts: Part 1 - Electrical Materials For Jw 1158 Łask. The Material Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New (Not Subject To Repair, Renovation, Regeneration, Etc.), Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Originating From Official Distribution Channels Covering The European Union Market. The Products Covered By The Order (In Particular Products Containing Small Components And Small Batteries And Accumulators) Should Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original, Individual Packaging. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload Materials At His Own Expense And Responsibility To The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located On The Premises Of Military Unit No. 1158, 98-100 Łask, Ul. 9-Go Maja 95 Between 08.00 And 12.00. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Will Be An Activity Divided Into Separate Deliveries, Carried Out Within A Period Of 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Order In Part 1 Is To Be Completed In 2 Deliveries (20 And 20 Any Items For Each Part) By The 10Th Day Of Each Month.
