The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment To The Following Address: Gminny Zakład Komunalny W Wierzbowo, Wierzbowo 56A, 19-200 Grajewo, Where The Official Acceptance Of The Equipment Will Take Place. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Defects And Damage, Fully Complete, Meeting The Technical And Quality Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents In Polish, Including: 1) Warranty Book, 2) Service Book, 3) Operation And Maintenance Manual, 4) Ec Certificate Of Conformity, 5) Certificates, 6) Approvals, 7) Homologation Certificate, 8) All Documents Necessary For Insurance And Registration Of The Vehicle, 9) Other Required Documents Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct, At His Own Expense, Training In The Operation, Operation, Maintenance And Occupational Safety Of The Subject Of The Order For Designated Employees, At The Time And Place Determined By The Ordering Party. 9. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documents Specifying The Conditions Of Warranty Service.14. During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Any Breakdowns And Defects In The Subject Of The Order Free Of Charge. During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, Inspections And Repairs Will Be Carried Out Free Of Charge By The Contractors Authorized Service At The Headquarters Of The Municipal Municipal Plant In Wierzbowo Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Written Defect Report By The Ordering Party.
