The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Issue To The Ordering Party Of A Brand New School Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The Wieniawa Commune, Along With Full Equipment, Documentation, Training And The Provision Of Warranty And Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period.1. The Bus Must Be A Brand New, Unused, Complete Vehicle, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Ready For Registration And Admission To Road Traffic And Operation In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose As A School Bus.2. The Bus Must Be Adapted To Transport Children And School Youth, Including People With Disabilities, Be Appropriately Marked As A School Bus And Have, In A Configuration Without A Person In A Wheelchair, At Least 37 Passenger Seats And 1 Drivers Seat. The Bus Must Also Have 1 Position For Transporting A Disabled Person In A Wheelchair. It Is Allowed To Create A Space For A Wheelchair By Dismantling The Passenger Seats Indicated In The Opz, Which Accordingly Reduces The Number Of Available Seats In The Configuration With A Person In A Wheelchair.3. The Minimum Basic Requirements Of The Vehicle Include In Particular: 1) Vehicle Length: From 9.5 M To 10.5 M; 2) Engine Displacement: From 4,500 Cm3 To 7,000 Cm3; 3) Engine Power: Minimum 150 Kw; 4) Meeting The Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Least Euro 6; 5) Minimum Two Entrance Doors - Front And Rear, Pneumatically Operated, Spring-Opened Outwards; 6) Door For A Disabled Person Manually Opened, Can Only Be Opened From The Outside;7) Hydraulic Lift For Wheelchair Users;8) Full Vehicle Approval And Documents Enabling Vehicle Registration;9) Equipment And Markings Required For A School Bus And Equipment Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
