The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services During The Organization Of Various Types Of Celebrations, Trainings, Scientific Conferences And Other Types Of Meetings For The Needs Of The Units Of The Opole University Of Technology, Divided Into: 1) Guaranteed Quantity And Detailed Order Described In Annex No. 2A (Total Quantities For All The Following Events) And No. Opolska; B) October 2026 - A Series Of Training Courses For Employees Of The Opole University Of Technology; C) November 2026 - Science Clubs Festival; - Nawa Conference Educulture As A Lifestyle: Health, Food And Well-Being; 2) Optional Order Described In Detail In Annex No. 2B And No. 3 To The Contract, Under Which The Contractor Is Required To Gradually Implement The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31 2026 Or Until The Funds Allocated By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Optional Order Are Exhausted, Despite The Failure To Expire. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Guaranteed Order, And May Optionally Order The Execution Of An Optional Order. The Ordering Party May Order Only Part Or All Of The Optional Order.
