The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Fuel Oil To The Boiler Room Of The Municipal Services Plant In Lipsk Sp. Z O.O. At Ul. Mała 5 And Ul. 1 Maja 2 In The Cashless Sales System In Quantities Of 180,000 L - According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Zakład Usług Komunalnych W Lipsku Sp. Z O. O. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively After Notification By Telephone Or Electronically By The Ordering Partys Representative Indicated In The Contract For Each Delivery Place. The Quantity And Date Of Each Delivery To The Places Indicated In The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Determined By The Ordering Partys Representative, With The Obligation To Complete The Delivery No Later Than 2 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. The Estimated Amount Of Heating Oil In One Delivery Ranges From 2M3 To 20 M3. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For The Transport Of Fuel Oil, Equipped With Appropriate, Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Regulations, Including Those Regarding Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. Each Pumping Of Oil Into The Ordering Partys Tank Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Fuel Oil Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used. In Addition, It Is Required That Each Delivery Item Meets The Following Parameters: - The Ignition Temperature Of The Oil Is At Least 60 Degrees C, - The Solidification Point Is Below -30 Degrees C, - The Pour Point Is Up To -25 Degrees C, - The Sulfur Content Is Lower Than 0.1%. The Ordering Party In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Heating Oil. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Quantity Of Oil Delivered.
