Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship (Article 95 Of The Act Pzp). There Are No Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In Carrying Out Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). 4. Admissibility Of Participation Of Subcontractors: The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of The Order To Subcontractors. In The Event Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Using Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate Those Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), If Known. In The Absence Of Such Information In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Intends To Perform The Order Without The Participation Of Subcontractors. 5.
