1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service - Preparation And Delivery Of Food For 92 Children Aged 3-5 Who Will Attend The Local Government Kindergarten Called Little Explorers In Gorliczyn 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Three Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast, A Two-Course Dinner With Compote/Drink And An Afternoon Snack In The Period From September 1, 2026 To July 30, 2027.3. Meals Will Be Delivered Every Week, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holiday Breaks And Statutory Or Public Holidays.4. Approximately 92 Breakfasts, Approximately 92 Two-Course Lunches, And Approximately 92 Afternoon Snacks Should Be Provided Daily.5. Estimated Number Of Meals During The Duration Of The Contract: Approx. 20,240 Breakfasts, I.E. 11 Months X 20 Days X 92 Children, Approx. 20,240 Two-Course Lunches, I.E. 11 Months X 20 Days X 92 Children, Approx. 20,240 Afternoon Snacks, I.E. 11 Months X 20 Days X 92 Children6. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Anti-Epidemic Guidelines Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector For Kindergartens, Kindergarten Classes In Primary Schools And Other Forms Of Pre-School Education And Child Care Institutions. 8. The Quantity Of Meals Provided Is An Estimate And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Quantity Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Meals Delivered Depending On The Actual Demand.10. The Daily Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Attendance Of Children And Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims.
