The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Supply Of Lithium Batteries And Accumulators. The Delivered Assortment Should Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Packed In A Method Ensuring The Preservation Of Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Transport And Storage In Warehouse Conditions For At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Delivered The Assortment Should Be Delivered In Factory Packaging With Manufacturers Markings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value The Entire Product Range Indicated In The Offer Form Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
