Including: 1) Agreeing With The Fair Organizer On Technical Conditions, Occupational Health And Safety, Sanitary, Hygiene And Fire Protection Regulations, Conditions For Connecting Utilities And Deadlines For Assembly And Disassembly Of The Exhibition, 2) Preparation Of A Workshop Design Before Implementation And Presentation To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 3) Construction Of The Exhibition From Your Own Materials, Transport, Assembly And Disassembly, Equipping The Exhibition With Furniture And Equipment In Accordance With The Design, Installation Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, Ordering And Paying For A Permit. 4) Preparation For Printing And Making Friezes With Exhibitors Logos, As Well As Printing Promotional Posters (Need For Project Approval By The Book Institute),5) Ordering, Connecting And Paying For Utilities 6) Exercising Technical Supervision Over The Operation Of The Exhibition 7) Collecting Materials Intended For Exhibition At The Fair From Exhibitors (The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Set The Date And Place To Which The Exhibitors Are To Deliver The Materials), Storage And Transport To The Fair.8) Return Of Books To Exhibitors After The Fair 9) Transport Of The Ordering Partys Promotional Materials From Its Headquarters In Krakow To The Fair And Back
