Codes And Names According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 34144210-3 Fire Trucks34144200-0 Emergency Service Vehicles3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz Together With Annexes And The Offer.4. Dividing This Contract Into Parts Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Elements Of The Contract (Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract Within The Prescribed Deadline. Moreover, Without A Uniform Guarantee And Warranty, It Would Be Impossible To Enforce The Rights In This Regard From Several Contractors.
