1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Public Utility Buildings In The Pęczeniew Commune. The Subject Order Was Divided Into The Following 2 Parts: ➢ Part 1 - Modernization Of The Roof Along With Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Rural Community Center In Brodnia; ➢ Part 2 - Safe And Energy-Efficient Community Center In Pęczew - Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building As A Center For The Integration Of Residents. 1.1. Subject Of The Order For Part 1 - Modernization Of The Roof Along With Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Brodnia. The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Includes: − Dismantling The Existing Gutter; − Carrying Out The Necessary Modernization Works On The Roof; − Making A New Roof Covering Made Of Tiles Along With Sheet Metal Work And Installing A Rainwater Drainage System; − Insulating The External Walls Of The Building With A Layer Of 15 Cm Thick Styrofoam With A Coefficient Of Heat Conduction Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature When Preparing The Offer. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous To Submit An Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Conduct A Site Visit To The Subject Of The Order Before Submitting Their Offer. The Ordering Party Sets 3 Dates During Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out A Site Visit, I.E.: August 18, 2026; August 21, 2026; August 25, 2026. A Contractor Who In One Of The Above-Mentioned Dates, If He Wants To Make A Site Visit, He Is Obliged To Appear At The Ordering Partys Office At 10:00, From Where He And The Ordering Partys Employee Will Go To The Site Of The Inspection. Effective Inspections Can Only Be Carried Out In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Employees. A Protocol Will Be Prepared From The Inspection, Which Will Then Be Signed By The Contractor Participating In The Visit And The Ordering Partys Employee. Failure Of The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Will Result In Rejection Of His Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.3. Quality Guarantee - The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works And Installation And Assembly Works For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months.
