The Scope Includes The Construction Of A Complete, Technically Efficient And Ready-For-Use Boiler Room With Installations, Devices, Automation And Security Systems, In Particular: Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Boilers; Delivery And Installation Of New Gas Boilers With Accessories, Circulation Pumps And Automation; Replacement Of Pipes, Collectors And Insulation; Installation Of A Chimney For Condensing Boilers; Replacement Of Valves And Fittings; Modernization Of Hot Water Installations, Including Replacement Of Tanks, Pumps And Automation; Execution Of Demolition, Preparatory, Reconstruction And Finishing Works; Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Boiler Room Operating Instructions; Conducting Tests And Training And Ensuring Continuity Of Hot Water Supply In The Building.
