The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Building Located At Plac Tadeusza Kościuszki Street No. 35 In Janów Into The Community Self-Help Home - Stage I. Bills Of Quantities And Other Order Documents. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature When Calculating The Lump Sum Remuneration. The Price Should Include All Activities And Costs Necessary To Properly Perform The Scope Clearly Specified In The Order Documents. If Discrepancies, Omissions Or Ambiguities Are Found Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers That May Affect The Scope Or Price, The Contractor Should Ask The Ordering Party To Clarify The Content Of The Swz. This Provision Does Not Transfer To The Contractor The Risk Of Performing Works Whose Obligation To Perform Does Not Result From The Properly Described Subject Of The Contract Or From Legal Provisions. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract (Stage 1)2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Conducting An On-Site Inspection. Participation In The Site Visit Is Optional And Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Should Be Agreed With The Person Indicated In § 17 Swz.3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. The Requirement Does Not Apply To Activities Performed Personally By Persons Running A Sole Proprietorship, Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Or Other Activities Which, Due To The Manner Of Their Performance, Do Not Have The Characteristics Of An Employment Relationship.4. The Type Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order, Which Are Subject To The Obligation To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Include In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Construction Works, Bricklaying, Plastering, Flooring, Painting, Facade Works, Installation Of Joinery, Sanitary, Ventilation, Central Heating, Electrical And Telecommunications Installation Works, Assembly Works And Cleaning Works Performed Under The Supervision Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, 2) Operation Of Machines And Equipment And Construction Equipment, If The Method Of Performing These Activities Meets The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code - To The Extent That These Activities Are Performed In A Manner Appropriate To The Employment Relationship.5.
