Supply, Maintenance and Servicing of Medical Gas 2026/2027 - Value of Bid Security Rs. 800,000.00 Original receipt obtained from the Shroff of the National Hospital, Kandy upon payment of non refundable bic fee of Rs. 17,000.00 for one item along with a letter of request for documents should be submitted to obtain bic forms. Bid forms may be obtained from the Procurement Division of the National Hospital, Kandy between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on normal working days from 10.08.2026 until 31.08.2026. When a representative calls over to collect documents, he should submit the letter of authorization from the applicant and the Nationa Identity Card to prove the identity.
