Tenders Are Invited For Repair Of The Cellars Of The Sarepta Home After The Floods

Due To The Expected Value Of The Performance Of The Public Contract, This Public Contract For Construction Works Is Awarded In The Form Of A Small-Scale Public Contract In Accordance With § 31 Of The Act, In Accordance With Addendum No. 8 To S 6/21 Economic Directive Of The Silesian Diaconia, In Accordance With § 6 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended, In An Open Call. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts In The Sense Of § 35 And § 101 Of The Act. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Creation Of The Work To The Extent Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of The Work Is Mainly The Execution And Procurement Of All Work Required To Complete The Aforementioned Public Contract And Its Successful Handover To The Client. All Fulfillment And Work Related To The Fulfillment Of The Work Will Be Ensured By The Contractor At His Own Expense. The Subject Of This Small-Scale Contract For Construction Works Is The Construction Modifications Of Part 1.Pp, The Cellars Of The Sarepta Home After The Floods.
