The Board Of Education Has Started The Procurement Preparation For The Preparation And Evaluation Of General Language Exams. According To The General Language Examinations Act (964/2004), The Board Of Education Can Enter Into Agreements Related To The Preparation And Evaluation Of General Language Examinations With Universities Or Other Public Organizations Or Entities That Have Sufficient Expertise In The Preparation And Evaluation Of Language Examinations. The Set Of Services To Be Procured Tentatively Includes: - Preparation Of Tests Used In General Language Examinations For All Degree Languages And Skill Levels - Coordination Of The Evaluation Of Test Performances For General Language Examinations - Coordination Of The Organization Of Examination Events For General Language Examinations (Incl. Support For Examination Organizers In The Use Of The Service Providers Information Systems) - Customer Service And The Production And Provision Of Information To Those Taking General Language Examinations - Coordination Of Special Arrangements - General Language Examinations Organization In Accordance With The General Language Examination Organizer Agreement Concluded With The Swedish Board Of Education - Other Tasks Essentially Related To The Preparation Of General Language Examinations And The Evaluation Of Performance. By The Beginning Of The Contract Period, The Service Provider Must Have An Information System Related To The Implementation Of The Service Package (Including An Electronic Test Platform), The Development And Maintenance Of Which It Is Responsible For During The Contract Period. By The Beginning Of The Contract Period, The Information System Must Have Interfaces For Sharing Information With The Board Of Education. Market Dialogue The Market Dialogue Is Intended For Universities Interested In Procurement Or For Other Public Entities Or Entities That Have Sufficient Expertise In Preparing And Evaluating Language Exams.
