As Part Of Procurement Planning, The Procurement Unit Carries Out A Market Survey In Accordance With § 65 Subsection 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016), Which Is Used To Survey The Market For Case Management Systems. A Case Management Solution Refers To An Entity That Includes The Following Functionalities/Areas: Case Management, Document Management, Drafting And Managing Office Holder Decisions, Drafting And Managing Meeting Materials, Contract Management, Information Management And Electronic Archiving. In Addition, The Case Management Solution Must Include Workflow Management, Search Services, Reporting, Contact And Trusted Person Register, Electronic Conferencing, Management Of Meeting Fees, Publication Of Meeting Materials And Decisions. This Is Not An Advance Notice, Request For Tender, Procurement Notice Or Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And Publication Of The Notice Does Not Start A Tender. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Responding To A Request For Information Or Participating In Various Events In No Way Affects The Bidders Position In A Possible Subsequent Tender And Does Not Bind The Respondent. The Procurement Unit Can Use The Answers To The Information Request In Planning A Possible Future Procurement. All Responses Will Be Treated Confidentially. This Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Helsinki Parish Association To Carry Out The Purchase In Question. This Information Request Does Not Ask For Or Give Offers, This Only Asks For Comments On The Tender. You Cannot Submit An Offer To This Request For Information, Only Make Comments. Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Responding To The Request For Information, And The Procurement Entity Will Not Reimburse The Costs Incurred In Responding To The Request For Information.
