The Contract Includes The Clearing Of The Construction Area, Construction Of A Stormwater Basin, Earth Excavation And Mass Replacement Works, As Well As The Construction Of Related Off-Site Works In Accordance With The Plan And Tender Documents. The Project Is Implemented According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer As A Total Contract, Where The Contractor Has A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Pre-Construction Civil Engineering Contractor Is The Main Contractor Who Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Coordinates The Construction.
