No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. The Work To Be Done Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials And Equipment Necessary To Construct The Proposed Water System Improvements To Serve Ga Hwy 362 Connector As Shown On The Construction Drawings. In General, Construction Consists Of Installation Of Approx. 3500 L.F. 10 Pvc Watermain, Fire Hydrants, Gate Valves, New Meter Services, Erosion Control And All Associated Measures For The Complete Project. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is 60 Consecutive Calendar Days To Substantial Completion. Work Shall Be Complete And Ready For Contract Close-Out With 74 Consecutive Calendar Days.
