Work Detail
Complete Or Cover Only - Replacement Of Ladders/Rungs With Or Without Installation Of Retractable Brackets - Control Of The Proper Execution Of The Work By An Examination “3D Scan” Type Visual Of The Inspection Chamber. The Market Is Made Up Of Three Lots Corresponding To The Geographical Distribution Defined In Point 1.3. Each Batch Brings Together The Municipalities Participating In The Gieg Pilot Project According To This Distribution. Each Lot Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of Three Bidders, Ranked On The Basis Of The Award Criteria Defined In These Specifications. Subsequent Contracts Based On This Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded According To A Cascade Mechanism, Without Re-Competition. For Each Need, The Bidder Ranked In First Position Will Be Consulted As A Priority. This Contract Is Part Of The Partnership Established Between Spge And Field Operators, In Particular Approved Sanitation Organizations (Oaa). Spge Acts As The Sole Contracting Authority For This Framework Agreement. The Aaos Act As Technical Partners In The Execution Of This Framework Agreement. They Are In Particular Responsible For Identifying Needs, Establishing Intervention Requests, Issuing Orders Under The Conditions Provided For In These Specifications And Ensuring Technical Monitoring Of Services. The Oaa Are Not Parties To This Framework Agreement. Well-Founded Contracts Are Concluded Between Spge And The Successful Bidder. Spge Remains The Sole Co-Contractor Of The Successful Bidder And Ensures Payment For The Services Performed. The Services Are Carried Out On The Drainage Networks Of The Municipalities Participating In The Gieg Pilot Project Implemented By The Spge With The Oaa And On The Basis Of The Needs Identified By The Latter. This Framework Agreement Is Intended To Cover The Needs Of The Aaos Participating In The Gieg Pilot Project, Without However Imposing On Them Exclusive Recourse To It. The Oaa (And Their Municipalities) Retain The Right To Carry Out Certain Services Through Other Markets Or Framework Agreements From Which They Benefit. Successful Bidders Cannot Claim Any Exclusivity Rights Or Claim Any Compensation In This Regard.
