Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Consulting Assistance Within Government Accounting . Description The Directorate For Administration And Financial Management (Dfø) Is Inviting A Competition For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Consulting Assistance Within Government Accounting And State Accounting Standards (Srs). The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Dfø Access To Specialized Specialist Expertise When Necessary. The Consultancy Assistance Shall Support Dføs Work With Management, Development And Further Development Of State Accounting, Including Professional Analyses, Assessments, Investigations, Interpretations And Quality Assurance. Assignments Under The Framework Agreement May Include, Among Other Things, The Preparation Of Professional Notes And Decision-Making Bases, Professional Clarifications Related To The Application Of Srs, Quality Assurance Of Guidance Material As Well As Assistance In Development And Improvement Work In The Area. The Assignments Can Vary In Scope And Complexity, From Limited Individual Investigations To More Extensive Aid Assignments. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Two Years With The Option Of Extension For Up To Two Periods Of One Year Each.
