The Assignment Consists Of Two Separate Lots. Lot 1 – Reinsurance Lot 1 Concerns Comprehensive Hazard Reinsurance For Buildings, Business Equipment/Inventory, Other Property And Goods, Rolling Stock And The Vehicle Fleet. The Reinsurance Agreement To Be Concluded Provides Cover Up To A Maximum Payment Of €50,000,000 Per Event, Above The Self-Retention Applicable To Vga, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Schedule Of Requirements. Lot 2 - Excess Insurance Lot 2 Concerns An Excess Insurance Agreement To Be Concluded Through Mediation By Vga, Which Provides Coverage For Damages That Fall Within The Applicable Insurance Portfolio Of Lot 1 And Exceed The Amount Of € 50,000,000 Per Event, Plus The Deductible Applicable To Vga. Sum Insured Portfolio 11,500,000,000
