Masonry Health Provides Advisory Services To The District In Areas Including Strategic Planning, Claims AndFinancial Analysis, Vendor Evaluation And Management, Pharmacy Benefit Strategy, Stop-Loss Strategy, CostcontainmentInitiatives, Governance And Reporting, Implementation Planning, And Other Related Healthcare BenefitRecommendations.Respondents Should Understand That Masonry Health Does Not Serve As The District’S Third-Party Administrator (Tpa),Pharmacy Benefit Manager (Pbm), Insurance Carrier, Broker Of Record, Claims Administrator, Or Plan Administrator.Rather, Masonry Health Functions Solely In An Advisory Capacity To Support The District’S Decision-Making Process.The Selected Respondent’S Contractual Relationship And Obligations Shall Be Exclusively With The District.
