The Celle Districts Own Broadband Expansion Company Intends To Award Planning Services For The Subsidized Gigabit Expansion In Previously Underserved Gray Areas. The Aim Is To Plan A Passive Fttb Network Infrastructure For 3,579 Addresses, Of Which 3,257 Are Residential Buildings And 322 Are Commercial Properties. The Services Are Based On Section 43 Hoai I. V. M. Annex 12 No. 12.2 (Engineering Structures/Communications Systems) Via Service Phases 1 To 9. In Particular, They Include Basic Determination, Design, Approval And Implementation Planning, Award Preparation And Participation In The Award Process, Object Monitoring And Support As Well As Participation In Funding Law. The Award Takes Place In A Negotiated Procedure With A Participation Competition In Accordance With Vgv. Applications For Participation Must Contain At Least One Suitable Reference For Comparable Planning Services As Well As The Required Self-Declarations.
