Works Contract For The Execution Of The Construction Project For The Improvements Of The Etap In Bellpuig.The City Council Of Bellpuig Needs To Improve The Filtration Facilities Of The Drinking Water Treatment Plant (Etap) Of The Municipality, Through A Set Of Renovation Actions Consisting Of:- Replacing The Current Pressure Filter System With Two Continuously Washing Sand Filters, Each With A Nominal Flow Of 60 M³/H, Which Allow Operation Without Stoppages Washing And Ensure Coverage Of The Design Flow Of 120 M³/H Established In The Hydraulic Dimensioning Of The Stage.- Install A New Contact And Mixing Tank, Where The Oxidation And Coagulation Operations Are Carried Out, Ensuring Adequate Retention Time And Correct Homogenization Before Filtration.- Renovate And Adapt The Hydraulic Pipes Associated With The Pretreatment, Filtration And Pumping Of Treated Water, Guaranteeing Its Functionality And Adequacy To Service Conditions.- Integrate New Instrumentation And Control Elements, Including Flow Measurement, Turbidity And Automatic Dosing Of Reagents, To Improve Operation And Process Monitoring.- Ensure Compliance With The Technical-Sanitary Criteria Of Royal Decree 3/2023, Improving The Quality Of The Water Supplied And Reliability Of The Installation In Situations Of Ordinary And Peak Demand. Altogether, The Project Allows The Bellpuig Stage To Be Equipped With A More Efficient, Robust And Low-Maintenance Treatment System, Capable Of Meeting The Current And Future Supply Needs Of The Municipality.
