Activity 2 – Analysis Of The Sanitary Protection Zone And Preparation Of Documentation And Proposals For Water Use Regime And Grant Of Right Of Use Based On The Updated Exploitation Resources Of The Marash Mineral Water Deposit, Kara Meshe Locality, Shumen Municipality, Including Analysis Of The Current Management And Water Use Regime, Analysis Of The Sanitary Protection Zone, Preparation Of Proposals For The Operation Regime Of The Aquifer Facility, Preparation Of Project Documentation For Amending The Permit For Water Intake If Necessary, Preparation Of Documents Under The Water Act, As Well As Compilation Of The Necessary Documentation For Subsequent Administrative Proceedings Before The Competent Authorities. The Main Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Carry Out A Complete Reassessment Of The Exploitation Resources Of The Mineral Water From The Marash Deposit, To Establish The Current Technical And Hydrogeological Condition Of Drilling No. Exploration, Use And Protection Of Groundwater And Applicable Current Legislation.
