The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works For The Current Repair Of The Pitched Roof Of The Building Of 94 Su Dimitar Strashimirov, Upi I, Quarter 46, Sofia, Street 511 No. 22, So - District Slatina. The Building, On Which The Current Repair Is Being Carried Out, Is A Construction Of The Fourth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter B Of Zut And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Repair Is An Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 43 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Zut, For Which A Building Permit Is Not Required. The Construction Is Part Of A Massive, Two-Story Public Service Building With Educational Purposes, Without A Basement. The Building Includes: Classrooms, Offices, Lobbies, Stairs, Toilets And A Medical Center. The Subject Of The Order Is The Current Repair Of The Roof Of The School Building, Without Affecting The Supporting Structure And The Internal Layout. The Intended Repair Does Not Change The Purpose Of The Building And Aims To Maintain It In Working Order. The Existing Roof Is Pitched, With A Pitch Of About 33% (18°). It Is Built Of Wooden Construction And Covered With Ceramic Tiles. The Eaves Are Covered With Sachak. Metal Gutters And Downspouts Are Available That Drain Freely Onto The Grounds. After Uncovering The Roof, The Condition Of The Planking Is Checked. Activities On The Supporting Wooden Structure Are Not Included In The Subject Of The Order. The Building Is Massive, Two-Storey, Without A Basement, With A Built-Up Area Of ​​1,444 Sq. M And An Unfolded Built-Up Area Of ​​4,332 Sq. M. It Has Been Drawn Up Public Municipal Property Act No. 1768 Dated 21.05.2018. The Current Repair Affects The Pitched Roof With A Wooden Structure And A Coating Of Ceramic Tiles, In Order To Keep The Building In Working Order. The Intended Repair Does Not Affect The Supporting Structure Of The Building, Existing Walls Are Not Moved And Openings Are Not Made In Them, As Well As The Purpose Of The Premises And The Loads In Them Are Not Changed. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: - Dismantling Of The Roof Covering, Cladding, Gutters, Water Collection Boxes And Drainage Pipes; - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution, According To The Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities; - Delivery And Installation Of Roof Covering, Cladding, Gutters, Water Collection Boxes And Drainage Pipes; - Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Commissioning Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Scope Of The Order Includes 38 Items According To The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification.
