By Conducting The Present Procedure, The Contracting Authority Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Assignment Of Street And Sidewalk Repair Activities In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Boychinovtsi, Should The Need Arise. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction And Installation Works On Streets And Sidewalks For A Certain Section/S Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Upon Execution, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works For A Certain Section/S And Represent A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It: Construction Works Are Performed According To The Requirements Of The Employer. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Required And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications (Construction Materials, Including Concrete Mixtures, Asphalt/Asphalt Concrete Mixtures, Products, Elements, Details, Sets And Others). Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Their Investment In Construction. If Necessary, Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction, - Only In Cases When The Same Are Outside The Territory On Which The Construction Is Being Built. If Necessary, Carrying Out Relocation Works, During And In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction, Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities. Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests To Prove The Design Characteristics Of The Materials. Removal Of The Deficiencies Identified During The Repair Works And Their Acceptance By The Contracting Authority. Category Of The Intended Object/S Falling Within The Scope Of The Order - Iv Category. The Scope And Volume Of The Specific Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Need Of The Procuring Entity. The Contracting Authority Declares Execution Of The Necessary Activities, Specifying The Parameters For A Certain Section/S, According To Its Needs, Without The Obligation To Declare Execution For The Full Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude Specific Contracts For The Award Of Public Procurement After Supplementing The Offer By The Contractor, According To Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
