The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Two Distinct Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Major Repair Of Captain Raicho Nikolov Street From O.T. 7 To O.T. 134 In The Town Of Nikolaevo – 1St Stage And Separate Position No. 2: Major Repair Of Orlovo Gnezdo Street From O.T. 8 To O.T. 94 In The Town Of Nikolaevo – 1St Stage: In The Scope Of The First Stage Of Construction Works On Each Of The Two Streets, Re-Asphalting Of The Street And Related Works (Delivery And Installation Of Curbs, Horizontal Markings, Etc.) Are Planned. It Is Not The Subject Of This Order, But Within The Scope Of The Next (Second) Stage, The Execution Of Construction Works On Sidewalks In Accordance With The Investment Projects. By Virtue Of The Issued Construction Permits, Each Of The Two Constructions - The Subject Of The Two Separate Items - Falls Into The Fourth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter A Of The Zut (Private Roads, Streets Of The Secondary Street Network Class V And Vi And Their Facilities) And Art. 9, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 8, Para. 1, Item 2 (Streets Of The Secondary Street Network Class V And Vi And The Facilities For Them - Bridges, Culverts, Retaining Walls, Intersections, Street Facilities For Lighting, Signaling, Safety, Etc.) Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. On The Basis Of Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 2.4.1 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of Builders (Cprs) Falls Into The Second Group: The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of Builders The Conditions And Requirements For The Execution Of The Order For Each Of The Two Separate Items Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, And The Nature And Quantity Of Construction Works Are Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities For Each Of The Streets - Representing An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
