The Preparation And Delivery Of The Food Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Food Act Pub. Sg No. 52 Of 06/09/2020 And All Related By-Laws And Applicable Regulatory Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, As Well As The Requirements For The Dishes Specified In The Technical Specification. The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out Through Periodic Deliveries, Determined By Requests On The Basis Of Staff On Duty And Admission Of Patients, Based On Which The Necessary Quantities Of Meals Will Be Determined.
