The I. Municipality Of Villa Alemana, Within The Framework Of The Issuance Of Digital Drivers Licenses And The Minimum Recommendations To Guarantee The Correct Functioning Of The License Management System (Sgl), Available Through The Web Platform Sgl.Mtt.Gob.Cl, Is Required To Digitize In Order To Access The Records Contained In The Drivers License Files Of The Traffic Directorate Of The Municipality Of Villa Alemana, In An Expeditious And Orderly Manner. To Do This, It Is Necessary To Digitize The Documents In Each Drivers Folder And Arrange Them In Recoverable Digital Folders And Thereby Comply With The Objective Of The States Digital Transformation Law. Work Volume: The Service Includes The Digitization Of 1,100,000 (One Million One Hundred Thousand) Images, Equivalent To Approximately 35,000 Drivers License Cards. Place Of Execution: The Field Work Will Be Carried Out Exclusively In The Offices Of The Archive Of The Transit Directorate Of The Municipality Of Villa Alemana, Located At Buenos Aires Street No. 850, Floor -2, Villa Alemana. Under No Circumstances May Physical Tokens Be Removed From The Town Hall Building. Technical Coordination: Throughout The Execution Of The Contract, The Successful Bidder Must Coordinate With The Directorate Of Transit And Public Transportation, In Its Role As The Technical Unit Of The Contract, For The Collection Of Background Information, Review Of Progress And General Development Of The Activities. Deadline And Formalization: The Service Will Be Formalized By Issuing The Purchase Order To The Successful Bidder And The Total Execution Period Is 10 Calendar Months Counted From The Date Of The Service Delivery Certificate.
