The Purpose Of Contracting Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Stoves Is To Continuously Fulfill The Care Work That Has Been Entrusted To Our Institution, Establishing The Conditions That Allow Achieving The Most Advantageous Combination Between All The Benefits Of The Good Or Service To Be Acquired, And All Its Associated Costs, Present And Future (Art. 37 Of The Regulations), According To The Following Detail: Item Subitem Internal Code Description Unit Of Measurement Number Of Equipment Validity 1 1.1 10-011-001-0443 Preventive Maintenance Of Stoves Global 12 24 Months1 .2 10-011-001-0444 Corrective Maintenance Of Stoves At The Time Of Awarding, The Hospital May Increase Or Decrease By Up To 30% Of The Amounts Estimated In These Bidding Rules, In Accordance With The Available Budgets, And Without Altering The Principle Of Strict Subjection To The Bases Of Equality Of The Bidders. It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Are Of Variable flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Undertake To Acquire Specific Quantities On A Periodic Basis, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Minimum Purchase Stock Be Set, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Dispatch. The Services Will Be Made Available To The Entire Hospital, Regardless Of The Original Requesting Clinical Unit, According To The Hospitals Requirements And, Provided That There Is The Corresponding Validation By The Contract Administrator. Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out Per Awarded Item, So Each Supplier May Bid For The Item(S) Including All The Corresponding Sub-Items, So An Offer For An Incomplete Item Must Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. An Exception May Only Be Made In The Event That None Of The Offers Present A Complete Item, Allowing The Offeror To Be Evaluated With The Greatest Number Of Items Addressed, And Which, At The Same Time, Are Technically Admissible. It Is Established That, Given The Critical Needs Of The Object Of The Tender, This Contract Cannot Be Conditioned To The Suspension Of Services Due To The Lack Of Payments Made By The Hospital, Since It Puts The Health Of The Population Served By The Establishment At Risk.
