The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Rooms Located In The Basement, On The Ground Floor, 2Nd, 3Rd And 4Th Floor Of The A22 Building, Together With The Installation Of Air Conditioning Systems And Mobile Shelves In The Archive Rooms, Along With The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Construction Design And Technical Design) And As-Built Documentation. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. A To Swz; Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Order Must Be Completed Within 11 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Design Documentation Within 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Order Has Been Completed On Time If The Partial Acceptance Report For The Design Documentation And The Final Acceptance Report For The Subject Of The Order Are Signed By The Expiry Of The Above-Mentioned Period.
