The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Tasks: 1.2.1. Task No. 1: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The School Building And School Workshops Of The Zsp In Ornontowice, Ul. Dworcowa 1, In The Scope Related To Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities.A. Characteristics Of The Facility - Existing Condition. The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice Consists Of A Complex Of Three Buildings And The Surrounding Area. Two Buildings Are Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities: The School And School Workshops. The Buildings Are Located On Plot No. 2070/26. The Buildings Are Not Adapted To The Needs Of The Ozn, They Do Not Have Driveways, Toilets Adapted For The Ozn, Lighting And Signage Required In The Accessible School Model. B. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order For Task 1 Includes The Following Construction Works: - Reconstruction Of Existing Toilets For The Needs Of The Ozn; - Adaptation Of The Entrance To The Buildings For The Needs Of The Ozn, Including Replacement Of Doors And Installation Of Entrance Door Automation; - Performance Of Renovation Works Inside The Building In The Scope Of Adapting The Building In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Accessible School Model, Including Replacement Of Lighting And Installation Of Signaling Systems. Alarm And Signaling; - In The Part Of The Works Covering The School Building, Reconstruction Of Toilets On The Ground Floor, A Section Of The Internal Water Supply Network Supplying The Toilets Subject To Reconstruction, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Sewage Line. - In The Part Covering The Workshop Building, Replacement Of Emergency Exit Doors, Installation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Within Them, And Repair Of The Facade. - Other Works Listed In The Design Documentation Attached To This Procedure.
