The Subject Of The Order Constitutes One Integral Whole (The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers) And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Three Infrastructural Elements (Tasks): 1) Task No. 1 - Reservoir No. 1 (Ul. Zielona): Expansion And Modernization Of The Existing Retention Reservoir Along With The Replacement Of Inlet And Outlet Devices (Gate Valves With Mechanical Regulation Of Water Levels). The Investment Includes The Modernization Of The Old Bowl And Expansion With A New Segment Made Of Meba Boards. The Task Also Includes The Development Of The Area For Recreational Purposes (Planting Trees And Shrubs, Flower Meadows, Benches, Baskets, Solar Lighting). The Valve System Is Intended To Make It Possible To Shallow The Reservoir In Winter In Order To Organize A Safe Ice Rink.2) Task No. 2 - Reservoir No. 2 (Ul. 3-Go Maja): Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Retention Reservoir With A Capacity Of Up To Approx. 750 M³ (Dimensions 10 M X 50 M X 1.5 M) With An Outlet To The Szoryca River And A Mechanical Regulating Valve On River. The Task Includes Hardening Technical Access Roads And Pedestrian Paths Using Meba Openwork Slabs, Installation Of A Partial Fence With A Gate And Wicket, Lighting And Planting Moisture-Loving And Riparian Plants. The Plots Covered By The Investment Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments.3) Task No. 3 - Reservoir No. 3 (Ul. Gen. J. Hallera): Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Retention Reservoir With A Retention Capacity Of Approx. 240 M³ And Approximate Dimensions Of 12 M X 20 M X 1 M With An Outlet To The Szoryca River, A Fence (Height 1.5 M), Lighting Solar Panels And Multi-Story Plantings Of Greenery (Hedges And Five-Leaf Vines). The Project Takes Into Account Permanent Feeding Of The River By City Artesian Wells. The Plots Covered By The Investment Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments.3. Common Technical Requirements: The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Full Patency And Passability Of The Existing Access/Fire Roads Throughout The Construction Period, Repair Any Damage To The Road Infrastructure At His Own Expense, Prepare A Bioz Plan, Protect The Existing Trees And Ensure Industry Supervision When Approaching Underground Networks (Where Manual Excavations Are Strictly Required).
